Diversity Certificate Program 1.0

The Diversity Certificate Program is designed to promote a positive, respectful work place and learning space for all of our constituents by addressing diversity and inclusion. Open to all faculty and staff. The program is comprised of five classroom workshops (four required and one elective) and a capstone experience. All participants seeking to earn a certificate must complete all five workshops and the capstone. The workshops meet for two to three hours and are led by our own Adelphi faculty and administrative expert facilitators.
